The Netherlands Summer 2017, last wings

Going through my folders I discovered these images. Thought at first they were below the quality limit, but then decided to give them a go anyway...

I've been after this bird for a while here in Kyushu, but without success so far.
Eurasian Treecreeper (Boomkruiper)

European Nuthatch (Boomklever) not so rare, but very fast!

There were so many a year ago, this time I had to work hard to find 1 family

Birds in Portugal 3

There were many White Storks as well, gathering in small family-type groups and in large groups at their feeding ground.

We had already noticed many nests in power poles and towers on our drive south

Below with some Eurasian Spoonbills

Anyone care to count?

In the reeds and bare bush along the road: Common Stonechats

Warbler ?

Holland 2016 - 4 Staphorst

The many interesting aspects of this small town include local residents wearing traditional dress, picturesc clean and neat farmhouses and the resident Storks.

Locals on the way to church don't like to have their picture taken.

But this lady didn't mind

White Stork, (Ciconia ciconia, Ooievaar)

Jay (Garrulus glandarius, Gaai)

Here too flocks of geese roam the fields, annoying the farmers.
